Yet another Gold Coast Wedding

A few weeks back I shot a short but sweet wedding atop Burleigh Hill, Gold Coast. It was beautiful weather, the views were spectacular as usual. It seems Burleigh is quite a popular place to get married. As I arrived another wedding had just been, and the bride was off with her groom to have their photos.

As we waited patiently for the Bride to turn up for this wedding, I clicked a few scenery shots and, some pics of the Groom. The Bride finally arrived looking gorgeous as expected and it was all go from there. The ceremony was short but sweet, and since I was only booked for a very short time, we were off down to the rocks to take a few pics with the gorgeous backdrop, before they headed off for a few drinkies.

Another Wedding on the Gold Coast

I recently had the joy of shooting the wedding renewal of Lindsay and Jeramie. They flew all the way from the USA to renew their vowels on Burleigh Hill. Lindsay looked absolutely gorgeous, and they both wanted to get a little wet, so we found ourselves down on the rocks with the waves crashing in. I always love it when people want to try something a little different.

Wedding at Monarto Zoo Adelaide

Well 10 days in Adelaide and a beautiful wedding at Monarto Zoo. I was flown in by the Bride and Groom to shoot their special day. The happy couple couldnt have asked for a better day, the sky was clear, there was hardly any wind, and no dramas were about. So here is a few examples from the day. Beach Portrait Photography Gold Coast

I had the joy of being the portrait photographer for the beautiful  Namaste. She was after a new image for her Hypnotherapy business. I was able to shoot at the lovely beach of North Kirra on the gold coast.  There was a mist in the air that brought an extra feeling toward this image, along with my shallow depth of field I think this photo has captured exactly what Namaste was looking for.

Tweed Daily News Story

Well here it is, the local paper Tweed Daily News did a story about my exhibition opening.

On Saturday the 15th August – The Eclectic Collection opened at the Chill & Grill Cafe 1/38 Marine Pde, Kingscliff, northern New South Wales. The opening was a great success, with great food supplied, great wine and great company. The Eclectic Collection is a wide variety of my work from over the years, ranging from images such as Mount Warning at sunset, Fingal Heads Lighthouse, Natural Bridge in Springbrook National Park, to some quite artisic images. I have sold a few pieces already, but feel free to drop in to see the girls at the cafe and check out some of my work I have for sale there. There is a range of photographic prints, mounted and framed, and canvases.

New Landscape Photographs Gold Coast

I have to admit I havent been keeping up to date on my blogs of late, many apologies.

In the last couple of weekends I have made it my priority to get out and about taking some new Landscape Photographs on the Gold Coast. After trekking through forest, paddocks, creeks and up the side of mountains, almost losing a lens into one of the creeks, falling on my bottom in another, I have the great pleasure to bring you the next few images.

Gold Coast Photographer

Hi all, I know it has been a while since my last post. I have been trying to deal with another photographer trying to pass my photography off as theirs. Oh the joys of Copyright. Well I was successful and I am back into the swing of things. I have been shooting a lot of Commercial Photography on the Gold Coast, and am lookig to do a little more personal stuff very soon. I am just trying to find a make – up artist here on the Gold Coast that has the similar vision as I do. I have also been planning my exhibition of my Photography in Coolangatta.
